It is funny how much ancestry seems to play a part in ones thinking. I like the description of the Irish on one shoulder and the German on the other. It seems true also for me that there must be a country person on one shoulder and a city one somewhere slightly more distant on the other due to Mother growing up on a farm and Dad in Chicago.
